Bi-Polar 2400 Troubleshooting Guide

This guide is intended to address common maintenance and troubleshooting tasks related to your Bi-Polar 2400 air purifier.

Tools needed: Standard Voltage Detector 

 

WARNING

  • Risk of electrical shock. Unplug or disconnect the product from the power supply before servicing.
  • Do not use damaged or uninsulated wires. If the appliance is not working call a customer service representative at 1-800-936-1764.

Please follow these troubleshooting steps in order.


1. Ensure the Bi-Polar® 2400 is connected to its power source by turning on your AC, heat or fan. If it is configured with a 110v cord, plug it into the outlet

 

2. Visually inspect the unit to determine if the green indicator light is illuminated. Please refer to the image below.

If the LED light is not illuminated, a voltage detector can be placed between the brushes.

If a voltage is detected, the unit is functioning properly but the LED light is not working. No need to take any further action.

If a voltage reading is not present and the green LED light is not illuminated, click here to submit a service ticket.
