Will Air Oasis replace my new AHPCO cell for me?

Answer: Yes, after purchasing your AHPCO cell, a Return Merchandise Authorization form must be filled out. Once you have completed the RMA, an approval email will be sent containing instructions on how to send in your purifier to Air Oasis. When Air Oasis has received your purifier, we will change the cell and send it back to you.

If the purifier is not under warranty, a service charge and possible repair fees will be incurred.
