The nano Induct should have a green light and blue light if running properly.
A blue flashing light indicates that it is time to replace the AHPCO cell. Please refer to page 9 of the Owner’s Manual for the replacement instructions.
A red light indicates that the lamp has failed or something else that has failed on the ballast. In this case, please fill out a service ticket or contact our Customer Excellence team.
If replacing the AHPCO Cell doesn't change the red light to green, the purifier should be replaced. In this case, please fill out a service ticket or contact our Customer Excellence team.
